While I was at Starfall Shore looking for Alexander's pipe, I initiated the skinny dipping sequence. At the start of the final scene of that, I was suddenly warped into Alexander's shop. I was still naked and slow, and my journal still showed the Starfall Shore quests, but I was able to progress the story as (I presume) usual. I was able to get the makeover and go to the party, but my sprite repeatedly got set back to nude (especially when saving) and my Journal did not update. Eventually, I was able to fix the nudity by going to the pool and changing out of and then into clothes, but the Journal issue stuck until I completed the mission and returned to the world map. I suspect I could have ended it by just going to the world map before the spa, but I didn't think of that in time to test.
