So my only two quests left were to complete all 10 requests from the villagers, and the quest titled "Errand boy". the two objectives were marked as completed cause neither NPC had any new dialogue for me, and when I went to talk to the gardener nothing happened.
I'm away from my computer for a few weeks so I'm going off of memory but that's about what I remember happening.
I also could have missed another objective before but I'm pretty sure I had talked to everyone around the village.

I've gotten softlocked I think.
I completed Errand Boy and it was marked as completed, but never finished and no other NPC's had anything for me

I thought Anna takes her top off and Adrian calls it cringe. 

Hey man, I'm trying to start Adrian sharing route, and I've completed a loop WAY more than 4 times, of going to adrians room on friday, gettign anna to suck him off, then going to the bathroom on tuesay, yet all I can do is look at the mirror?
did I softlock myself out of sharing route somehow? I already share with josef and anna is on slut route.

I really am not sure what went wrong :/

I did most of the routes, and I still have no clue where to get it
