This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application, ("Apps"), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "Sites").

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Collects basic analytics and app usage statistics.. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

- Google Play Services - Used to provide in app game services for tracking game related data (e.g. leaderboards, achivements, etc)
- Unity Privacy Policy - Data is used for analytics and tracking, we use this data to help us understand how users are playing our game which allows us continuously improve the user experience.
Your information will not be sold or used for purposes outside of marketing and analytics purposes.
Google Unique Identifier
Google play services may identify a user by their google unique identifier in order to offer in game services such as leader boards and achivements. Previously the google unique identifier was used for ads, but these have since been removed from the game.
Google / Apple In App Purchases (applicable to Android and iOS Platforms)
For purposes of optional In App Purchases, google or apple may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by the payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.
Unity Analytics
John on Fire also leverages Unity Analytics. The data collected is used to collect general usage information from within the game that will be used to improve the features and functionality of the game. An opt out option is present in the home screen of the app and in a prompt upon opening the app for the first time.
Information obtained by Unity Analytics includes:
Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, platform, screen size, and CPU/graphics characteristics.
Usage data: information about how you use the application. For example, day of first session, day of last session, session length.
Location data: specifically, the country.
In-app purchase data: if you perform financial transactions (such as when you make a purchase in a game), Unity Analytics collects information about the purchase. This includes purchase amounts and number of purchases.
Custom event game data these are specific in-game events that some games collect, and are contextual to the game. For example, level start, enemy count, player health are all examples of custom event data.
Identifiers and network: device IDs and IP address. Note that for security purposes, Unity Analytics does not expose this information to the developer (so we at ChoiceMarket LLC do not directly access this information).
Unity also uses the data to allow game developers and publishers to tune their games for player devices and create personalized gaming experiences.
Unity is committed to the responsible collection and use of player data - and enhancing privacy safeguards.
GDPR Compliance
Players are required to agree to the terms of this privacy policy via an in game prompt at the launch of the game. Analytics opt out options for unity analytics are available directly in the game's Settings and Privacy Menu. By playing this game you agree that the data as described by this document may be collected and utilized as described in this document.
COPPA Compliance and Children's policy
This game is not intended for audiences under the age of 13. If the game is played by a player under the age of 13, the minor must have express permission from a legal guardian to play the game and agree to the contents of this privacy policy. At game launch, a prompt is required to certify that the player meets these criteria in order to verify age of the individual. By playing the game, you agree that you are either above the age of 13 or have a legal guardian's permission to play the game, while understanding the types of data that we collect and what that data is used for.
How Do We User Your Data
Personalized Advertising
We may use your information to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.
For other Business Purposes.
We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Apps, products, services, marketing and your experience.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Choice Market Technologies LLC.
Choice Market Technologies LLC is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Choice Market Technologies LLC will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Choice Market Technologies LLC cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Choice Market Technologies LLC cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Choice Market Technologies LLC cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Choice Market Technologies LLC’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Choice Market Technologies LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Choice Market Technologies LLC does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
