I only ever used Windows, so not completely sure how similar the process is for other systems. Anyway, here's how I do it.
you open your File Explorer, there you'll find the zip folder. Open it, click "dressmaker.exe", than "extract all". Same with "UnityCrashHandler64.exe". After that you go back to the list of all files. there you'll see the new unzipped folder. Open this one, click "dressmaker.exe". That's it :3
