I got it running by restarting it. I was running it on High Sierra, so whatever the problem was it had nothing to do with Catalina. 

All I get when I open the game is a white background, nothing else. I've tried clicking just about everywhere, in case there was a literal white door somewhere. I'm on macOS High Sierra with Intel HD Graphics 3000.

The game won't open on Mac. I'm using macOs High Sierra.

Move the file to another folder, for example the desktop. That should hopefully fix it.

Is there anything left to do once you've killed the skeleton guy and placed the orb at the pyramid?

Edit: To finish the game, shoot the floating orb. (figured it out 3 minutes after my original comment. Haha)

On level two, I came upon a graphical glitch.  Part of the glitch where it says 'ironwing' is a part of the UI from a game I previously had open in Firefox. Somehow those elements found their way in Zero Deaths. I think it may be connected to the cache of Firefox. I am using a Macbook Pro with MacOs 10.13.6 (HIgh Sierra).

I'm using Chrome, on MacOS if that matters, and I'm seeing the same thing. Speaking of a demo, could you upload a demo for MacOS too?
