This is an absolutely fantastic work for a text adventure game. To be honest, rather than those sexual scenes, I pay more attention to the plot and character development—and both aspects are truly impeccable. Character development, in particular, is second to none. (For the record, I haven’t played through to the ending yet.)
The Captain is such a complex character. From his perspective, he is undoubtedly a righteous man. Even though he did what he did to Tavi, I can’t bring myself to hate him. He didn’t do anything wrong; it’s just that we see things from different angles. The side quest with the kitten is brilliant—there’s something genuinely touching about being able to save a friend and help turn their life around for the better. Tavi’s storyline also left a deep impression on me. I completely understand her motivations; the belief to fight for survival alone outweighs a thousand other reasons. It broke my heart to see her spirit shattered. I don’t like this part of the plot, but I still have to praise your excellent writing—after all, tragedies are far more memorable than comedies.
