It's kind of fun I guess, but the auto fire kind of ruins it. I also don't think that manual fire would've been better because of how laggy it is. I think the game needs a better direction and more polish

Because it's fundamentally different than just "chess". Of course the core mechanics is still the same as chess, but if you play chess, the core gameplay can be broken down into opening, middlegame and the endgame. Those 3 doesn't exist in this game, so it's way less theory heavy. The fun part comes from the randomness of each match and how you have to adjust mid game.
Definitely one of the strongest in terms of polish, gameplay is very smooth and satisfying. I feel like it's overly chaotic and a bit hard to follow, most of the time I'm just randomly moving towards the center of the board without any real strategy. In terms of music, I wish there was some bgm playing during the match, it kinda feels empty without any bgm. And the poltergeist mode is unique, but I wish that there was a way to leave the current match instead of being stuck as the poltergeist for the whole duration of the match. The idea has more originality than the other games I tried so far. Overall, it's an interesting idea for sure
In contrast to the previous comments, I didn't have any problems playing the game. I played around 5 rounds and won every single time, but the game itself doesn't feel too great to play. The mechanics are very janky and it feels like Fall Guys ripoff but again, less polished. Graphics wasn't anything special, music was decent.
Well in terms of innovation, I don't really see how it's very innovative, there are a lot of games like this. The graphics were bare minimum and it still lagged a lot even though I have only 23 ping on partytime. Music was okay, but the gameplay itself I didn't really enjoy because there was no lose condition for cubes that are the biggest, like how would the largest cube ever get eaten?
