Hello on my mouse I can't click RMB and LMB at the same time, could you add a option for a sticky aim mode or RMB or something like that? Ahh I see shift
I was able to win the game without Insight as a challenge. The strategy involved loading up on reducing damage items and regen skills. Then when health is low go all the way back to the first map square and regenerate health till full, as you sill get regen benefits and loot drops even if you don't get gold or XP.
