I currently do not have access to the Royalty FT edit (mostly because I don't have a Face Tracking headset XD ). I do know that they have done work on the mesh and the weight paint. Hazards of someone besides the original maker doing edits. If it comes into my possession in the future, I will make sure there is a DevLog Update issued :3
There are a few tools to help doing a weightpaint transfer (Robust Weightpaint Transfer) might do the trick in blender. You will have to export a new FBX with the new weightpaints of the clothing.
The Shark and Dragon are different enough and weightpainted different to where this version wouldn't work on the Dragon. I have two avatars ahead of the Zai Dragon before it gets it's turn; but it's coming :3
