Solo dev. My team was mainly me and my two friends where I shot the shit with them to make a game with their ideas. My one friend got me a spritesheet for the player character and the shotgun while I did the rest of the game. Spent almost every day working in an engine I never used before. I want to say I spent ~100 hours. Including the editor, google suite, Aseprite and pen+paper planning.
Since the game jam release I continued updating the game and have definitely spent at least another 40 hours in bug fixing, art and animation making, and feature adding for audio.
