it also happens to me sometimes 😭

the moment when i want to exit the coinlocker room with sumire it shows me only a black screen with two squares to the right side and when i try to do anything it then shows me just black screen and after that i can't still do nothing, even after relauching the game it happens again😭😭😭 does anyone know how to fix it???
