How could I forget about Companion of Darkness ??....being sleepy really messes with your brain ^^

So I am one of the lucky users using an altered windows installation.... I knew it was a good thing to do ... 
ppl with that problem can try using combatibility modes.
My brother had a similar Problem and using combaitiblity mode helped him.

in the meantime i can rcommend :

Delieverance, Callisto, Sorcerer,Tribulations of a mage, Terminus Reach sentinel (last 3 made by Talothral, you won't find those on itch afaik)
in progress :
Eternum, Project Passion, Furrhouse (I like the humor),Superhuman (freaky,but cool and long story and near to be finished, also funny), Ripples, Sicae, Stellar Crossroads (same univers as in Callisto , but as an decendant many years later), CrossRealms,Funkelregen

Those are Titles worth taking at look at i can remeber and name out of my sleepy head right now. hope you like some of those. I also am more interested in the story (still appreciate NSFW content sometimes).

If you appreciate good story and not just the NSFW content I want to recommend the work of Talothral (Sorcerer / Terminus Reach Sentinel and Tribulations of a Mage . The NSFW content is .... well I don't really care for it in those AVN to be honest... the scenes in the other AVN below are better ^^

Also take a look at Eternum , Project Passion , Furrhouse ( I like the humor) , Superhuman (If you don't mind freaky stuff , story is good you could make a movie series out of it ) ,  Deliverance (former cop now private investigator stumbles into a mysterious case with supernatural beings) , and Callisto by XavsterGaming(takes place in Space again )... 
Those are the few I can name right now out of my head .... there are some more good AVN with a decent story but I can't remember all the names ^^ hope you like some of those

If you would ask me about my top 5 : Sorcerer, TFTUV, Sorcerer, Eternum, Callisto, Project passion (not necessarily in that order but who cares ^^)

Well.. Guess I will buy this once it is finished here .... if the full version will be avaiable... even GoG does not show NFSW in germany....

you can thank itch.io for that... there is not much more Lemon can do for us, it is already really nice to give it away on a 50% sale considering how much every single patreon supporter is paying compared to itch.io users.
Just get it as long it is still on sale, it's worth to support Classy Lemon this way. I've got season 2 for the normal price of 10$, I see no problem to pay another 6. Compare it to other payd releases out there for more than 20 $ and then compare the quality of most to VN like Project Passion or Eternum. It's worth it :)

yeah "Collective Shout" has started a real shit show.... 
I agree there is SOME content, like snuffporn, which has to be put to an end, but good AVN ? HELL NO!
Also that's a reason I hoard all AVN / VN and some other stuff on my good old HDD (at least it was a reliable data storage so far ^^)
Let's be honest : if we can't get our beloved AVN legally, we all know what's coming next. If we can't pay with normal means, we find something else.or straight download pirated copys (and that's something the devs do not deserve)

considering it is not your fault itch is not supporting any upgrade options and itch users are getting it cheaper compared to ongoing Patreon support, this is a really nice move on your part.

Since I purchased it at previous price of 10$ itch.io is just not giving access to it. That's why I asked if there is an upgrade option.

I also purchased it (for 10 at the time) ....why is there no access to season 3? Am I expected to pay more? If yes, is there an upgrade option ?Last time I checked there was no such option on itch.io, wich would probably mean we need to buy it again for the new price to get access to season 3.

GOG would be an option , on Steam I would not be able to get it (yes Germany sucks when it comes to ANYTHING on the internet....)

While it is sad to hear the story will not continue in form of VN or game, I like the story and will check it out.

Download it from another source or wait until google allows more downloads.... it is annoying as fk but google allows just a specific download count and then it is disabled for some time

Can't buy or see any AVN on steam since I live in Germany (Good for healthcare and in case you lost your job or ability to work, bad for any AVN or other adult content.)

Now I see this shit here on itch,one of the few (legal)sources of AVN for me and think to myself : SOME PPL SHOULD JUST NOT EXIST - AT ALL
There is more to say but I don't want to risk my account , just in case itch is not doomed already.

Sadly I can't say everything I badly want to say because my account would be banned. So I just say some ppl should not exist.I think that is something everyone on this Planet can agree on.

I have to say the voices used for Selara are not that annoying at all.... I have heared so much worse. But I can see why ppl want to turn it off. I appreciate the work going into decent voiceover , but I am also someone listening to sci-fi storys on youtube all the time ^^

I hope you have a lot more of ideas, can't get enough of that ^^
I am serious, a good story and good music implementation is more important than fancy graphics,better graphics , in some cases, just would enhance the experience.( also I have to say I like your unique style, I think it is a good choice for that kind of story).

I wondered myself when I reached that point.....if he would be a monster it should let him threw, maybe he is something in between now ? He never was a natural born monster , he was a human and then a superhuman..... eventually there is some more lore we will have to discover in future updates

Can't wait to find out, there are rarely any VN  that long keeping the story interesting and me craving for more.... On top of my head just "Terminus Reach Sentinel" and "Sorcerer" pop into my mind.... and then we have unfinished ones like "Eternum" .... but I have to think a little longer to find something long and good (and yes the scenes in "Terminus Reach Sentinel" and "Sorcerer" are bad I know, but the storys are as great^^

These games are not banned, they would just have to be declared accordingly and perhaps age verification introduced... Not too big of a problem these days. However, I have to admit that German law is simply stupidly written, unnecessarily complicated and unfortunately written by too many stubborn people with a stick up their ass and an 18th century mindset.Of course, you almost always get the AVN from somewhere else, true to the motto "legal, illegal, I don't care". However, I see these works as art and would like to be able to purchase them legally.
