if you're talking about frequent updates, he cranks one out every end of the month or start of the month so expect about 12 updates each year.

you dont have to start all over, if you redownload it then the save files will transfer over but if that doesnt work you can import your save files from the previous version if you just snoop through the files

no, you can only buy the patroeon for cheat codes. also if im correct the only h-scene you can access early on is the girl at the pool at 18:00, but i dont know if it has been fixed yet
