Hi! I'm RJ, I'm glad you like my character hahaha, I had a BLAST writing myself and Roland, especially our one on interactions and banter. I also really like Emma Stone which is why we had that reference LMAO, I put in a lot of our personal quirks because we wanted the game to feel like it's US rather than just being a game. I'm ecstatic to hear you enjoyed the sound effects, we were racking our heads against the wall trying to pick those outttt. Once again, thank you for your wonderful compliments :D
I really appreciate it!

Emma Stone deserves ALL THE LOVE, I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the game. We definitely want to add a few things here and there and I think your suggestions are on point! :P I'm thrilled to know that you enjoyed the writing and the story (especially EMMA STONE!!) I had a blast writing out interactions between me and Roland as well. Thank you once again for your kind words! It means a lot to us :)
Hi! Could you please describe how I could recreate the bug on day 2 to try and sort it? We've tried it multiple times and we're having a hard time recreating that. I'm really sorry you ran into a bug like that!! Apart from that- it's definitely a strategic decision to decide on which patches to use since not all of them have the same returns! Also thank you so much for your kind words! I'm super happy to hear you had fun playing the game, yours was fantastic as well :) Cheers!
I LOVE minesweeper, I'm gonna have one of my friends try this out as well (he's ranked top 500 in minesweeper or sum), but I love this take! I love the addition of enemies, buffs, and other interactions. The art was super cute, simple and gets the point across. I love that you also have instructions in place for everything - fantastic for UX. Really cool game overall - especially because it's Solo Dev'd!!
I won!!! I'm really unsure as to why you received and abhorrent and malicious comment, I'm sorry. This game was fantastic, it was short sweet and who doesn't love idle games where you make $4.45e40? I loved that I got so fast that the entire environment disappeared and then I was just slow at a point hahaha. Great job dude, being a solo dev is hard. What matters is you put the work in and got a game out, the art was super cute as well. Please keep going and don't be disheartened by some ****heads!
I love the collaborative effort on this game, it's fantastic to see so many people coming together and working on just one thing for two week! I do feel as if the game could use better directions overall, there's no clear story or structure, it feels as if I'm just playing a platformer and since it's a bit challenging/punishing with the beat mechanic it doesn't necessarily feel like one that's cozy or comfy either. The game is beautiful, and genuinely has a fun and interesting concept. The art seems well made, and the level design isn't bad either. If anything I would maybe explain the game and it's concepts a bit earlier on + attach a story to it so it feels more immersive overall. However, don't let that take away from the fact that this is fantastic for two weeks. I would love to see a more polished and full version after the game jam, I hope you guys keep it up!
I thoroughly enjoyed this game. To start off, the effort put on the game page is extravagant. It's beautifully made, and gets the point + feel of the game across perfectly. The art is so beautiful I couldn't believe this was a game made in just 2 weeks. There's so many fishes, a fun gameplay mechanic, and overall extremely comfy vibes. The polish in this game is genuinely breathtaking, from the sound effects to the cursor art, everything is perfect. Phenomenal job, genuinely one of my favorite games so far!
I was a bit confused at first with what to do? I think an instructions page/intro would be super helpful to the game, especially when new things like ant hills and tornadoes are introduced and you kind of just end up wasting them in the wrong spot because you have no idea what they're supposed to do. The art was super cute, and overall an interesting concept!
Loved this — clean art, super tight controls, and the rewind + slow-mo mechanics feel buttery smooth. The path preview after rewinding is a really nice touch for learning from mistakes, and the level design is solid (major Celeste vibes). Also, it actually makes you care about all the meters, which is impressive. It honestly reminded me a bit of my own platformer too — in a good way.
Super cute concept and I love the clean, minimal art style. The indirect horse-control idea is really fun, even if it gets a bit hectic keeping everyone on screen (and the mouse radius feels kinda big). Only real hiccup is it seems a little broken right now — you can win by bringing just one horse to the finish, and the success message overrides the fail — but overall it’s a great little jam idea!
Love the goofy vibe and the hand-drawn/paper look... it’s got a ton of charm. Mouse-only controls make it super easy to jump into, and the different horses/selection screen is really fun. A little more feedback/clarity during races would make it even smoother, but overall it’s a cute, solid jam game!
