I don't think I've ever been witness to such richness and central focus on character in a game before playing this. My appreciation for this game goes beyond any pithy accolades such as "the writing is good." This is a sheer masterpiece of character development and naturalistic dialogue in concert with a beautiful handling of some sensitive subject matter. The writing has such versamilitude and credence that lends itself to one of the most intimate experiences I have ever had playing a visual novel, it also helps that I relate deeply to both characters' intrapersonal struggles, as im sure most people with ADHD will find. This work of art elegantly and beautifully captures that feeling of finding yourself completely isolated, emotionally and physically, and how wrought with suffering it can be to find yourself constantly entrenched in self-abuse. Excellent game that deserves every one of the five stars I gave it, would support the developer if I could to incentivise them to keep making amazingly visceral and intimate stories like this one.
