I really like it, the only thing what "bothers" me (and that's really just my problem) is the focus of the buttons. I'm deactivating the focus on the buttons in my own project, in this case the border around the pressed button is not showing and disappearing when you are clicking somewhere else. From my point of view this helps the immersion better.
But this is really just my opinion. I really like the idea behind it, especially the visual representation of light.
