It's possible, but I WOULD NOT recommend to do it, there is a lot of paid assets used in BBCR (same with BB+) and it has BB+ code in it as well. Mystman would likely not want a BBCR decompile out due to these exact reasons. So it's sort of illegal but not at the same time.

You can go up any version about 2019.4.19 ofc, it'll still work the same but it may give you a warning about a log or something.
