Yes, I get it. But for now wouldn't it be better to just have them idle near their homes and maybe come to your shop when they get new requests? I know they do come to you sometimes, but it seemed semi-random to me, they would arrive and one of them would leave when I was taking the order from the other

The game has promise, but right now it's pretty bad. I know it's a very-very early build, but some things are just dangerously infuriating.

Movement speed is too low, it takes around 5 business days to get from point A to point B and the fact that your shop is pretty much stuck behind rocks on a little hill doesn't help, why not just move it to the town proper where the customers are? Oh and customers wander all around the place aimlessly, so good luck giving that ass potion to anyone, since they're god knows where and you have a horrible case of slowness.

Shopping is slow too. Want more than 1 of an item? Tough luck, kid. You have to exit out of the menu each time click through the same dialogue and buy another 1 of that item and repeat that song and dance X times until you get enough of what you want.

Garden is also slow. You have to wait for a bit for your plants to grow and you don't even get anything for the wait. Spend time and money to buy, wait for it to grow and get a single item from a harvest. I think adding plant products to the shop would make sense, so you could choose to get the pumpkin full grown or the seeds that would guarantee you more than one pumpkin but with some wait time. Maybe add a fertiliser potion? To speed it up or make it give you more stuff once its grown.

The potion making itself isn't too engaging as of right now, you toss seemingly barely related items in and sometimes it bubbles and gives you a single potion and a pitiful amount of potion XP and sometimes nothing happens try again lol. Maybe customers could give you hints when they request stuff, or you could add more signals to show how close you are to making something right. Some bubbles would be that 2 ingredients fit, when you add a 3rd one and it's still an eligible recipe it would bubble more actively, and then swirl or glow or something when you added the last one correctly. A recipe book would be nice too.

Cum and milk. Kind of weird that one item is gathered and one has to be bought, maybe a milk potion could be added to make yourself or the customers milkable? Even just a button that says "milk" and gives you a bottle would be fine for now, no need to add animations this early. The shrooms are weird too, you have 2 bars but the pink does nothing? It just resets the progress and once again makes you waste some time.

That is all to say that the game is just too sluggish right now. And I know I'm probably the Ideas Guy number whatever the hell, but I really hope that this game reaches some playable state. Right now the loop is just: move slowly, gather stuff, move slowly, maybe find a customer and get an order, move back to your shop slowly and try to finagle a potion, if you fail you have to repeat the gathering and the gardening and you get absolutely nothing for experimenting. Even just cutting down the time you spend just walking would make this leagues better. This is a potion brewing fetish game after all, not a walk in the park simulator
