Hello, I think you are missing to do the enigma on the first room on the left. The enigma involves examining a console and read the logs. Let me know about it!
The id number and the terminal are two different "puzzle". I will give you some advice: For the terminal you can click on the glitched words on the different data logs, try it out!
Regarding the keypad for the capsule (which is an extra), if you read the data logs again you will see that one case is on... high priority :)
