Calling all captains! Calling all captains! Are you the best shipwright in the entire world? Then look no further! Sign up for Beela’s Got Talent – Sea of Craft’s first official shipbuilding competition event. All participants will get a copy of Limited Summer Sprays for free, and submitting a top-three entry will win you the Sea of Craft Early Access!

Sea of Craft is a physics-based sea construction game that puts you in command of over 76 unique parts (many more in the full release!), allowing for endless shipbuilding possibilities. Creativity is at the heart of Sea of Craft and there really are no limits. You can build and sail anything from a Roman galley to a piglet or a castle, so long as you can make it float!

Go head to head with your fellow shipbuilders and show the judges the difference between shipwright and shipwrong. To submit your entry, post a short video of your winning ship to Twitter or Youtube, showing off its maritime charms. Then message us on Twitter or our Beela’s Got Talent Discord subchannel with a link to your video. Finally, sit back, cruise the South Sea and wait for the winners announcement on July 6th. Let’s get building!

Sea of Craft will be featured in the Steam Game Festival Summer Edition, held June 16th-22th. The demo version will be available to download and play starting June 16th, PT 00:00. No product keys are required to play this version.

What can I expect from the Sea of Craft Steam Game Festival Demo? This free demo version of Sea of Craft offers a small taste of the core gameplay features and single-player content available in the full release. There will be a limited number of Single Player Chapters and shipbuilding parts available. Demo features include:

-8 Single Player Chapters
-76 different kinds of shipbuilding parts at the Shipyard
-Partial access to the Open Sea and Ship Expo

Remember, this is only a demo version. Many fundamental features such as multiplayer modes, spray paints, social tools, etc. have been left out.

We see this early demo as an important phase where our focus is to listen, observe, verify, and analyze gameplay data in order to make the game more fun. Your opinion is highly appreciated and we’d be delighted if you joined our community on Discord and let us know your thoughts!

Hello everyone,  this is our first official game. Like the game title, Sea of Craft, says, its a shipbuilding plus naval warfare game based on physical simulation. 

Our game is featuring diverse building components and multiplayer modes. In multiplayer mode, we hope to provide players a sense of excitement similar to the mechanical battles in Robots War. 

Although physical-simulation problems happen sometimes, which causes some components of ships to bend at a strange angle, we believe that the entire battle will eventually turn into humorous and joyful pictures in the process. Still, we think it is worth to amuse every player in our game.

Because we are an independent game development team in China, based on considerations of cross-sea server installation costs and workload, the free demo we released this time doesn't include multiplayer modes. But the demo has single-player levels and free shipbuilding mode in the open ocean. I hope everyone enjoys.
