- Issue with Specific Media Players:Some players (e.g., PotPlayer) may experience issues where the recorded video cannot seek (skip through the timeline) or the frame freezes.
Workaround:If you encounter playback issues, we recommend using KM Media Player or the default Windows Media Player. - Recording Failed: "No frames were recorded":

Try Again: This is often a one-time delay. Re-starting the recording usually resolves it as the encoder is now cached.
Update GPU Drivers: Ensure your graphics drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) are up to date.
Check Power Settings: If on a laptop, ensure you are not in a low-power/battery-saver mode that might throttle GPU performance.
