VERY good, unnerving, and uncomfortably relatable read
I lack the sonic-laden childhood that this story draws on but it doesnt necessarily detract from the experience as it manages to capture the feelings very effectively. I guess most stories generally become more voyeuristic if you lack the first-hand experience, but the subject matters of transness, autism, and sonic fandom have a violent history with voyeurism and outsiders looking in so theres an interplay between the stuff you have experienced, and the stuff you havent.
On a more aesthetic note, I really like the paneled style of the art, and the occasional animations are used really well to highlight certain scenes. Also That One Scene really spooked me >:( not nice..
anyway, is good, go play
