I mean it just says to move them to the basement. If you have to create a tutorial (in-game or in video) to explain how to do everything in the game to people who've played the game before, maybe your mechanics aren't designed well and need better guidance. The fact you feel annoyed sharing this video points to this being a very common issue. Intuitive design is difficult, but no need to be so annoyed.
