This looks exactly like Eternum.

I have played/read so many other of these types of games here on itch, but yours is hands down the best in literally every category.  The visual concepts and actions and the environments are top notch. 

If i purchased the game here do i need to buy it again on steam to get any further updates?

Will there be an update this year?

The windows version is bugged. Can't select anything and all dialogs are skipped. Cant open map, and goes straight to first sex scene.

It seems to be only a file there is no application attached

So far I am absolutely loving the game!! But not sure if it’s been said already, but after you take the walks with the elf wouldn’t she be out of the restraints when you visit her in the evening?
