Nice work on this. Just a couple of things I noticed that could be improved:
- Ligatures don't always share the same left/right bearings as their parts (for example, fi has a left bearing that's different than f).
- There's no copyright file in the zip, nor is there copyright info in the font metadata.
- There are a couple of blank glyphs among the small caps (the inverted ? and !, etc).
