the art style is really cool, I would maybe just lower the hight on some of the platforms because the character would bug stying to jump up to it

This is sup[er great! I love the thematic colors you use and having different colors correlating to whoever is talking was a great choice, the illustrations were also awesome! For feedback I just have two things, firstly there wasn't an option to exit Fullscreen without having to start the game from the beginning which should be an easy fix, I also noticed there was a coding error on the screen that had the 'ring ring'. The last thing that I'll say is that I wish there were illustrations of the other characters.
the visuals you have going on while interesting are a bit conflicting. The Background, though being pretty, dosen't seem to fit with the black and white imagery you are showing in the game. It also obscures some of the works at points. Besides that I think you have a really strong foundation for for an RPG like game!
The concept of having a written out combat is interesting, and the different font effects does a good job to support this. the only thing that threw me off was the gradually fading in text at the second to last page per run through, Im not sure how it is set up but the text was taking a while to fade in, not sure if that was something on my part though.
The story is interesting and well written, I only wish the text explaining going from one location to another would be reduced or combined into one description because when I die and want to go back to try a new option I had to just press a lot of the same option to keep walking when it could be minimised to just one or two slides. Additionally I could not see the image at the end of the game, I just had an error message come up.
