to be honest i was hoping the next update would come on day 100, but since that doesn't seem to be the case i have a suggestion, seeing how npc's weren't spawning after being digested, i would like to see new npc spawns, as well as seeing eleanie and sigrid devour other npc characters, as well as the implementation of new predators like a lioness or a zebra.

I think it is not yet possible in a general way because there is no interaction between NPCs from different scenarios, but it is possible to eat 2 or more NPCs if they share cinematics.
