Now all the tracks in the overworld are lit up. Does anybody know why there are random blocks on the tracks near the village?

I am proud to announce that as of right now there is no longer any water on any of the tracks connected to spawn and that there are torches every two blocks from spawn to The Wasteland. Next I'm going to light up the rest of the tracks. If someone is bored, the tracks still need to be decorated. On an unrelated note, I noticed that the server lags even though I'm the only one online
