to get the warer for Flamepatch: talk to the one with the mask (i forgot the name.. and she does not have a mask now)  give her the colorless thingy and talk to  her again ig for the mask, then press that river at the beach, then it'l say: fill water with mask? click yes, (obv) and then click Flamepatch.
