I would like to keep the quality as is, but I need to figure out a good way to explain it. Other players had issues understanding what it does.

I'm sorry. This is a bug. There is a save and even an auto-save, but you need to go to the menu to save (press Escape or the power button on the top left to get there). The game will automatically save to your selected slot when you go to the menu. You can select another slot and press Save to overwrite it as well.

I will fix this in the next build. For now, please go to the menu before closing the browser.

You are right. I am working on an update that will make progression faster and add the ability to buy automation for the CPU grid - each upgrade will give you option to automate one cell (any program in it). It plays quite well as a combo with boosting programs. You get all the programs much faster and will have the chance to play with different combinations to unlock the Research domain. The first phase will take ~30 min to complete, second ~60min, third (new addition - research) another ~60min in the new build.
