It took me a few attempts to figure out how the signals actually worked. I came back to this game multiple times over 2 days and read the instructions so many times more. 

That said, I finally got it figured out after re-reading the instructions for the millionth time and studying the hell out of the providing diagrams and that lead to my first successful train plan with no accidental deadlocks. Yay!

My level 7 was KBPBLOCFOB, I believe the O and B are meant to be swapped. As it stands, it currently translates to "HERE I STADN." I had to look up the walkthrough because I could not figure out what it was meant to be. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun with this game. It was very nice. :)
