Axolotls are part of the family Ambystomatidae which are technically salamanders! Though maybe they aren't usually referred to as such. I like how their external gills resemble the fractal shapes of district boundaries.

Yes the high scores are online. Due to a glitch, you have to get higher than the lowest score to get on the leader board.

I tried to implement a "throwing with the mouse" mechanic last minute, but it doesn't work very well :(
