i notice that some of the videos don't play in certain scenes, I've already tried reloading the page a few times or waiting a while.

these are scattered throughout but happen a lot on the off planet missions

you have to take the subway to the military base

is there something i need to do to unlock interactions in the mutate district because when i press it it just opens blank space.
