This game was a pleasant experience overall.
The art style was cute, and I really liked the “foresty” look of the hub world. Also, nice variety in the abilities.
I completed the levels without much hassle (though the green liquid and spikes did get me). I also really liked the mushroom launching.
I enjoyed playing this game, and especially liked the dark, overgrown dungeon theme.
The map design and lighting effects were nice, the pixel art was beautiful, and the in-battle visuals were very charming. Playing with the pokemon-esque battle sequences and skill system was also fun; although the randomness felt a bit harsh at first, it was manageable. I also got a laugh out of “Mushroom Satan”, but then he killed me, so I guess I deserved that…
I enjoyed the game overall and it was a pleasant experience.
The theme was cute and although there were not many gameplay mechanics, the charm of the game makes up for this. There were also more upgrades than I expected, and they were delivered in a nice way that made me want to continuing playing.
Although I don’t usually play clickers, I enjoyed playing this game. Even the bear seemed friendly!
