incredibly solid short game. hit all the marks for me & inspired me further in regards to wanting to make my own game at some point. im unsure if what im about to go on a tangent about was intentional, or if im just not very good at puzzles, but the last timed bridge puzzle was so hard it frustrated me, DEEPLY. i almost caved n commented here to see if anyone had advice, but in hindsight im glad i didnt. instead i just kept trying at it over n over because i was so desperate to know what happened. what was going on. even though taking a break would have probably helped my chances immensely. & as i was struggling to figure this out i had the realization that this was perfectly simulating at least somewhat how the player character must be feeling. confusion, mental exhaustion, frustration. i was dropped right into his shoes, & while i know i have a tendency to look too deep into games, intentional or not, that was really cool. & then mixed with the sounds, visuals & dialogue? well. honestly all i can say is i hope everyone involved in the development of this continues to pursue video games, or any creative outlet really, because every piece of this game really did feel instrumental to the narrative as a whole. awesome job :)
