This was a pretty nice game, while not entirely horror centered, I do enjoy the fact that most of the fear was me convincing myself that there was something behind me while I made the food.

It was also a lovely opportunity to focus on editing and thumbnails, so I thank you for that! Can't wait for the full game.

I played this game back in October and when I saw that it had such major updates I had to play it again! Such a lovely game that I feel needs more eyes on it. It's like a blend of Animal Crossing and A cool math game I used to play called Diggy.

My video was recorded while I was extremely tired, But just know I loved every second of playing this simple game!

For a short horror game it was pretty good with what it was trying to do, Probably got me more because these things terrify me.

I don't usually play work sim horrors because it feels repetitive, However I chose to play this since I was gifted my first ever plant to take care of for Christmas.

The controls had absolutely no jank or delay to them (Thinking specifically of sweeping in some games.)

The tasks themselves were fun and easy, and the gratuity system surprised me in a positive way.

Loved the game so much after I finished recording, I chose to load it back up and find all the notes (which wasn't hard but I'm not complaining.)

I give this game a genuine 5/5 and can't wait for the full release!

Always nice to have a Christmas or winter themed horror, A quick game but it didn't disappoint in making me scared!

Genuinely a good game, I like how it felt like there were secrets if you looked for them. The screwdriver mechanic had me panicking while being chased. I just wish I wasn't so tired while playing.

Amazing concept, I spy turned into a nightmare. I do think some variety with the painting jumpscares and the failure jumpscare would elevate the dread of making mistakes. as well as more ambience like maybe she tells you if you have a minute left or she just whispers cryptic things. It would be a lot harder if there's something just making fear responses overlook the hidden objects.

But for a first horror game this is genuinely amazing!

For your first project this was a really good bitesized thing, some things got a good scare out of me and i liked the mascot in the little room to the right!

(1 edit)

This was a really fun short game, I do feel like it kind of drags with the mundane activities like the pizza, however I absolutely understand why story wise it was needed. Solid 9/10

Sorry for linking my YouTube video, I feel like a grifter, But I don't want you to think I'm just trying to get clicks on a video. You did an amazing job!

P.S. Love the design of the game page, what font is this?

I had a really good time with this game, The cooking "jumpscare" really got me and I found myself looking away from my screen anytime I was holding him out of disgust.

The only note I have is I think the couch sleep prompt should be larger because I found myself walking around confused often.

Other than that, it was fun, slightly scary, and made a nice video!
