Cool little game! Good finished project, has a lot of fun stuff. I liked the story. Great music, but I feel like the visuals were not so much liminal or weirdcore-ish. Good job!
You may try to(according to what I found on the internet):
Try re-downloading the archive from the internet as it might be the case that the file is not downloaded correctly or completely.
Try extracting other archive files and check if the error occurs with all files or just a few archives. If it occurs with just one archive, the archive is likely damaged. So, you can repair it.
Another thing you can do is try shortening the filename of the problematic archive and check if the error has stopped.
You can try to move an archive to another folder. One of the primary reasons behind the “The Extraction Operation was not Completed” error is the fact that you are trying to extract an archive file saved in a protected area on your PC. So, move the target archive to a different location like Downloads, Documents, Desktop, etc., and then try extracting the archive.
Thy using a different archive extractor and see if it helps. There are several free archive extractor software that you can choose from. To name some, you can use WinRAR, 7-Zip, PeaZip, IZArc, and ExtractNow. These support a wide number of file formats to extract archives. Check if using another file decompressor tool helps you fix the error.
Other than that, I don't think I know what could cause this problem, sorry. Seems like nobody else experienced this problem yet, which makes me think it is something on your side, rather than mine. Thank you for patience.
Oh, so I was meant to moonwalk through all the hotel area? It just doesn't tie well with opening the doors - you have to turn around to open the door and then again turn around to pass through the doorway backwards - feels couterintuitive to me idk. But the game is great, don't get me wrong, there is a lot of content which gives off the right vibes. Sorry if I'm being too picky.
Cool game! Atmospheric and viby. Great models and textures. But I couldnt get out of hotel nightmare, got to the library once, but then again eppeared in the hotel moonwalk room. The hard part about it is that you as a player don't get a response from the game to your actions to know that you're doping something right or wrong. I think some subtle hints would be fine here and there, for dumb players like myself lol. Thanks!
