It works, but it's so small that it's genuinely annoying to load. 

I'm noticing that the small bale collection point for the barn is really rather small. Like, one square meter, small. Is that normal, or am I missing something? 

Yeah, that's entirely probable...

Are you using Realistic Weather, by chance? If so, try without it. The crash every five minutes lines up with the moisture check that the mod performs.

I do believe that Realistic Weather is the current culprit that is giving people freeze/crash issues. At the very least, it seems to be responsible for mine.

Out of Curiosity, are you using Realistic Weather?

I thought it was because I made a minor change to the map to make room for some rice fields...
