So. The listed price is at $9.99 but the file requires $10 to be considered "purchased". If someone doesn't realize this in the moment and pays the $9.99 on the purchase link they essentially get nothing.
Might want to change your price from 9.99 to $10. I paid the $9.99 and didn't get the file.
