Thanks for letting me know. I got an update out now that should fix it.
There's not an Android version.
You should be able to get health back by shooting an enemy until it's transparent, and then interacting with it.
As for the knockback issue, I'll try and get it fixed when I have time.
Finally, there is no gallery.
