The game dont work,

For me i launch and get key for the AI, but when i press start, The Yandere dont talk, and the game say i reach my quota, but it's my first time please help me

I don't know how it work, i can move and do everything, but The Yandere dont talk and just look me, the game say up, You have reach your quota, but it also first time i play this game so please help me
