it's lost the source atmosphere to how unapologetically un-source it is

I (at the moment) cannot fix that as it is a bug with Godot's CSGCombiner node

so i found a bug where thg level geometry covers doors and stuff.

can you release any early builds (I noticed it's name is NegativeSpace not "hammer_space"), so do you have any unused content or early builds?
