Esc closing window is by default in the raylib library unfortunately :| Also, yeah 4 days is quite a small time frame to make a game, especially if you are not using a game engine :p
The game loop doesn't make much sense. I think if the challenges were better explained you would have a neat little game. All i was able to do is stop the timer 2 times after pressing all the buttons. The art is nice and the hand movementi is super smooth!
