Love the game but have a nitpick!
I got hard stuck for hours on the witch until I got frustrated enough to look it up, because never in a million years would I have suspected the cosmetic hat drop from the previous area's boss, and there was never any hint on it.
It being a surprise trap is fine, but please make some sort of hint that it's the hat after you lose to it! If not the first time, then maybe after 10-20 losses; or maybe if the witch spills your antimagic potion, a drop hits the hat and strangely sizzles to clue you in, or something!
Otherwise, absolutely love the game and looking forward to your future creations!
