This is incredibly well done!
Small note: the difficulty is too low in the beginning, because no rocks are spawning. Keep driving and the number of boulders will gradually increase, making things more challenging. Use that handbrake for some fun slides!
For something put together in such a short time, it's pretty good! You gave it a shot and that's what matters!
I suppose you could also continue building after the jam ends. Polish off the rough edges.
