All Achievements Completion
1. No-clip: Break the enderbeads. (Unsure whether its specific to the enderwoman or other entities are included.) In short, the enderbeads must touch the stomach/front of a thigh of a character or enderbeads are shoved in the ass using the second bead (any "second/third" bead is fine)

2. Funny Number: 69 or 420 total emeralds (each block of emeralds is 9 ems, use that for calculations)

3. Bonk: Use the piston to bonk a mob on the head. Top of head required, the sides won't count.

4. Chinese (Translates to "Package Return" lmao): Requires enderman, panda's box (costs 20 ems; black box). Go to enderman character, set the boat to the box, and fuck the enderwoman until it "returns" the package.

5. Ear Rape: Make the creeper explode (imo second easiest). This is accomplished by having the hearts reach max.

6. Fireworks!: Make a firework (toy) and aim it at an asshole. After you aimed it, press the cord to light it and pray it actually enters... For an easier strat, light the rocket and force it in yourself. The rocket MUST penetrate from outside WHILE lit, it cannot start inside for you to receive the achievement. 

7. Head swap: Requires the gravesite background and a carved pumpkin hat, which is obtained when you buy the skeleton (shield) and carved pumpkin (shears and a pumpkin). Use any character that can equip hats, equip the carved pumpkin hat, cause the character to cum, and then watch their head change ( carved pumpkin will automatically unequip). Characters that you must do twice for it to work are enderman, sheep, pumpkin, and bee. See #8 for reason.

8. Halloween Ritual: This is an 8 part achievement. 
A) To start, you must obtain the pumpkin head. It is crafted with a pumpkin and shears. Shears cost 3 emeralds and look like scissors.
B) Obtain pumpkin character. Requires 8 pumpkins and a shear.
C) Obtain skeleton. This is obtain from Alex (trader) for a shield. You can reach Alex by making a map. I don't need to explain everything, do the work yourself. You will get one point toward completion for obtainment.
D) Once you have those, obtain all other characters while completing this. The only ones actually required are pumpkin, sheep, enderwoman, skeleton, bee, and cow (just for leather).
E) For each stated character, only pumpkin and skeleton will automatically give you one point for halloween ritual. For the others (except cow) and pumpkin, you will need to equip the carved pumpkin head and and gravesite background and fill their hearts. Each will turn into their own separate character. Converting these characters will give you a total of 4 points.
*(I only recognized Mal0 and Hollow Knight, the others I'm not sure about.)
F) A summary of above (and side notes) is as follows: 1 point for carved pumpkin (1/8), 1 point for obtaining skeleton (2/8), 1 point for obtaining pumpkin character (3/8), 1 point for changing pumpkin to pumpkin girl (4/8), 1 point for changing bee to rule 34 hollow knight (5/8), 1 point for changing sheep to rule 34 cult of the lamb mc (6/8), 1 point for changing enderwoman into Mal0 (7/8), completing all of the previous tasks (8/8). 

Congrats, all these achievements being completed means you"beat" the game. Good day, goodbye.

let's be fair here, if they were a way to get the scenes, it would already be posted; BUT as much as I'd like to help you on this, you'll have to do some research, as the others said.

Either way, there are most likely several people who have gotten all the scenes, like me. Unfortunately, I have not seen whether 20/20/20/20 mode has such a scene in it. This game is relatively hard and  most people who play it would not want to share their progress. 
Most scenes can be unlocked after night 6 by losing to each animatronic (except g freddy) once.
Honestly speaking, just play the game. It's easy to beat night 6 once you learn each mechanic.

i don't think you can

Each character moves on interval. For instance, Freddy moves about every 25 secs on night 3 from when she starts her laugh. This can be delayed by watching her like in FNaF 1. 

Not a problem really. Stay off cams and use timers (i.e., a stopwatch) to survive efficiently. The 0.0.7 version made it pretty easy for timing Foxy and Freddy. I haven't been playing much since the update, but it should still work.
