Could we have the non-starting perks decay, please? They can make managing desire pretty obnoxious and Mila's quest basically forces you to get them all.
Head back to your room, open the wardrobe, click the make-up/accessory/piercing box, switch to the make-up tab, and exit the menu. I had the same problem you did but with glasses, and that's how I fixed it (You might need to change up the color of your lipstick or whatever).
