First of all, mad dedication bro. I would not have that kind of perseverance for a single achievement.
Anyways, I managed to get all the achievements recently and had this problem with a few of them. Restarting the game and keeping track of my catches worked eventually for "Get Over Here", but if all else fails you could try making a backup of your current save, deleting the game, and then redownloading with your loaded backup (the save is in AppData > LocalLow > HotPink and Annue > Tentacle Locker 2. Grab the TL2 folder and save it somewhere that isn't in AppData, then put it back after you redownload).

Fun game. Got mildly addicted and got 100% gallery completion in one night. I noticed the updates have a pretty large time gap in between them, but idk maybe you don't have a huge dev team or you have a busy life or something. Doin' great so far so that's progress.

But anyways, I noticed a few problems. First, I couldn't open then Load menu directly from the title screen. I tried to do so because of this next problem, where the game sometimes wouldn't load a save that loads directly into a dialogue option (I'm not sure if it does this with all of them or if it's specifically the one where Chloe asks the player about the number of bottles in the upstairs bathroom). After I restarted the game, the save loaded fine.

well it never claimed to be an original and the op sans that he "copied" is cited underneath the game. the entire point of it was to be a cool reskin, not an original mod

or just be satisfied with what's there and move on with your life .-.

To be fair, the purpose of this reskin is to be horribly unbalanced. Just cuz it's nearly impossible to not get hit doesn't mean it's impossible to beat. Just go into that attack with a decent amount of HP and you'll get out alive (this goes for any other impossible attacks you may have a grudge against). Also yes, I beat this already, so I'm not just saying this out of a hope to beat this someday. 
also also the whole clockwise rotation thing is already used in the last attack, though I'm pretty sure it's counterclockwise in that one idk I'm too lazy to go back and beat it again just to find out.
