Developing this game was a total adventure; right in the middle of development, we got kicked out of the friend's house where we were coding. On top of that, we were supposed to go to a punk rock concert that day, and I’d also promised some hippies I’d visit their squat. I skipped the hippies, but we got absolutely wasted at the concert. We even got into the mosh pit; my friend Makar—the game's protagonist—ended up with a swollen lip after getting clocked in the pit. As for me, I think I was hitting on girls at the rock bar, screaming at them that I was now a FUCKING GAME DEVELOPER and was participating in a game jam *right fucking now*. That wine I mentioned costs $2.50 a liter and is basically just some chemical powder mixed with alcohol. My programmer got belligerently drunk at the show, and I nearly passed out in the taxi ride home from the lack of sleep and all the booze. When I woke up, it turned out my friends were sleeping at my place; they couldn't leave because the ride-hailing app was down across all of Russia. Those two days were absolutely insane, but it was fucking awesome.
