Just wanted to point out something and hope for this, firstly the bird lady guarding the stairs to the vip section is known as Elizabeth (had to load up an old save to look up her name) and I'm just hoping like everyone else here that she gets a scene, maybe multiple as a reoccurring character but I feel like that's unlikely.
